Chrum offers an optional feature that allows you to create custom puzzles using images from your device's photo library. This feature requires your explicit permission to access photos.

• Permission Request: We will request access to your photo library only when you choose to use the custom puzzle feature
• Limited Access: On supported devices, you can grant access to specific photos rather than your entire library
• Local Processing: Selected images are processed and stored locally on your device only
• No Upload: Your photos are never uploaded to any server or cloud storage
• No Sharing: We do not share, sell, or distribute your photos to any third parties
• Revocable: You can revoke photo access at any time through your device settings

The limited information processed by Chrum is used solely to provide and enhance your gaming experience:

• Save Game Progress: To allow you to continue puzzles from where you left off
• Track Statistics: To display your personal leaderboard and best completion times
• Remember Preferences: To maintain your chosen settings across app sessions
• Create Custom Puzzles: To generate puzzles from your selected photos
• Provide Hints: To offer assistance based on your current puzzle state
• Level Progression: To unlock new challenges as you advance through the game

We do not use any information for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any purpose beyond the core functionality of the puzzle game.

Chrum offers optional in-app purchases. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on your device platform.

• No Direct Payment Collection: We never directly collect, process, or store your payment information
• Platform Processing: All financial transactions are securely processed by Apple or Google
• Purchase Records: Records of your purchases are maintained by Apple or Google, not by us

• No Network Transmission: Your game data is never transmitted over the internet, eliminating network-related security risks
• Device Security: Your data benefits from your device's built-in security features, including encryption and secure enclave technologies
• No External Servers: We do not operate servers that store user data, eliminating the risk of server-side data breaches
• Regular Updates: We regularly update the App to address any potential security vulnerabilities

Chrum integrates with limited third-party services that are essential for app functionality:

Apple App Store / Google Play Store

• Handles app distribution and updates
• Processes in-app purchases
• May collect analytics data according to their privacy policies

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

• Chrum respects your App Tracking Transparency choices on iOS devices
• We do not track you across other companies' apps and websites
• Your tracking preferences are honored at all times

We do not integrate with social media platforms, advertising networks, or analytics services that would track your behavior.

Chrum is designed to be enjoyed by users of all ages. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.

• No Personal Data Collection: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction)
• No Account Required: Children can use Chrum without creating an account or providing any personal information
• Parental Controls: We recommend parents enable device-level parental controls and purchase restrictions
• In-App Purchases: Parents should be aware that the App contains optional in-app purchases
• Safe Gaming: The puzzle content is appropriate for all ages with no violent, mature, or inappropriate content

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your data. While Chrum collects minimal data, we respect and support these rights:

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Since Chrum does not sell personal information and collects minimal data stored locally, most CCPA provisions do not apply. However, you retain the right to:

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over data retention:

• Game Data: Retained on your device until you delete the App or clear App data
• Custom Photos: Stored locally until you remove them through the App or delete the App
• Preferences: Maintained until you reset them or uninstall the App
• No Server Retention: Since we do not collect data on servers, there is no server-side data to retain or delete

To delete all Chrum data from your device, simply uninstall the App. This will remove all game progress, preferences, and custom images associated with Chrum.

Chrum is available to users worldwide. Since all data is stored locally on your device and is not transferred to external servers, there are no international data transfers associated with your use of the App.

The App Store or Google Play may process certain information according to their respective privacy policies, which may involve international data transfers. Please refer to their policies for details.

Regardless of your location, we are committed to providing you with the privacy protections described in this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes:
